Novedo acquires Elforum

Elforum is an expanding electrical company that has grown from four employees to the current 24 since it started in 2018.  The company is based in Mölnlycke and operates in Greater Gothenburg and the surrounding municipalities. Novedo took over on 31 August 2021, with the former owners of Elforum then becoming partners in Novedo.

Elforum is focused on contracting and service. Contracting operations are weighted toward projects related to the ROT tax deductions for repairs in office and warehousing operations, while the service business focuses on insurance-related assignments. The clients are mainly stable contracting companies, property management companies and insurance companies.
