Annual General Meeting of Novedo Holding AB (publ), Corp. ID No. 559334–4202 was held today, May 16, 2024, in Stockholm. All resolutions, except for remuneration to the Board of Directors, were in accordance with the proposals submitted in advance by the Nomination Committee and the Board of Directors. At the meeting, 80.7 percent of the company's shares and votes were represented.

First quarter (January–March 2024)
Novedo Holding AB (publ) today publishes the Group's Annual and Sustainability Report for 2023.
Fourth quarter (October–December 2023)
Novedo Holding AB's (publ) subsidiary Ventilationskontroll Aeolus Aktiebolag has today signed an agreement to acquire the company OVKservice Syd AB, which is a well-established company primarily in ventilation inspection and ventilation services, based in southern Sweden. The company has a stable and recurring customer base with annual sales of approximately SEK 10 million for 2023. Closing is expected to take place on February 1, 2024.

Novedo Holding AB (publ), a niche industrial group in the business segments of Industry, Infrastructure and Installation & Services, has today acquired the Danish infrastructure group Nørgaard Anlæg Holding ApS and its subsidiaries ("Nørgaard") and thereby completed the Group's third company acquisition in Denmark. Nørgaard is located in southern Denmark and carries out water, sewage and landscaping contracts, primarily for the public sector. Nørgaard reported annual sales of DKK 106.3 million (approx. SEK 160 million) for the 2022/2023 financial year. Closing is expected to take place in Q4 2023.
Novedo Holding AB's (publ) ("Novedo") current CFO Anders Eriksson will leave his role as CFO and member of the Group Management Team. Following the handover, Lars Kvarnsund will take over as interim CFO of Novedo as of December 15, 2023. Kvarnsund has many years of relevant experience, including as CFO of listed GARO AB (publ) between 2000–2018. The recruitment process for a new CFO for Novedo will begin immediately.
The Nomination Committee for Novedo Holding AB's (publ) Annual General Meeting 2024 has been appointed in accordance with the instruction for the Nomination Committee adopted by the Annual General Meeting on May 12, 2023.
Third quarter (July–September 2023)
Novedo Holding AB (publ) has decided to bring forward the publication of the interim report for the third quarter of 2023 to November 2, 2023, since the report was completed earlier than expected. The previous date for publication of the report was set to November 16, 2023.
