Novedo has completed issuance of four-year convertible bonds in a total amount of 428 MSEK
Novedo Holding AB (publ) ("Novedo") has completed the issuance of four-year second-lien secured convertible bonds (ISIN: NO0013324731) (the "Convertible Bonds") in a total amount of SEK 428,002,300 in accordance with the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting on September 17, 2024.
The Convertible Bonds have a nominal amount of SEK 1 (instead of SEK 100 per Convertible Bond as previously communicated), meaning that 428,002,300 Convertible Bonds have been issued. The total issued convertible amount of SEK 428,002,300 remains.
The convertibles have been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Open Market).
In addition to the SEK 428 million now issued, Novedo has received undertakings from entrepreneurs to convert earnouts and vendor notes amounting to an additional SEK 122 million into the Convertible Bonds as they fall due.
