Today, January 15, 2025, an Extraordinary General Meeting was convened for Novedo Holding AB (publ), Corp. identity No. 559334–4202, at Linnégatan 18 in Stockholm, Sweden. All decisions made aligned with the proposals put forth earlier by the Nomination Committee. The meeting had representation from 80.26 percent of the company's shares and votes.
Novedo Holding AB (publ) ("Novedo" or the "Company") issued on January 10, 2025, subsequent senior secured bonds in an amount of SEK 160 million under the Company's existing bond framework 2024/2027 in a total amount of SEK 2,000,000 with ISIN SE0022240529 (the "Bonds").
Novedo Holding AB (publ) (“Novedo” or the “Company”) has successfully issued subsequent senior secured bonds (the “Bonds”) in an amount of SEK 160 million under the Company's existing bond framework 2024/2027 with ISIN: SE0022240529, following a reverse inquiry procedure.

Third quarter (July–September 2024)
Novedo Holding AB (publ) ("Novedo") has acquired 100 percent of the shares in the Norwegian infrastructure company ST Entreprenør AS. As part of the purchase payment, the Board of Directors of Novedo has resolved to issue convertibles in the amount of SEK 38,247,906 to the seller of ST Entreprenør AS. This decision is based on the issue authorization granted by the AGM on May 16, 2024, and the convertibles will be issued on the same terms and conditions as the existing convertible loan with ISIN:NO0013324731 (“Convertibles”).
After the transaction, Convertibles in a total of SEK 466,250,206 have been issued within a SEK 1,000 million framework. The newly issued Convertibles will be listed alongside existing Convertibles on the Börse Frankfurt (Open Market).
Novedo Holding AB (publ) ("Novedo") issued on September 23, 2024, senior secured bonds in an amount of SEK 1,250 million with maturity in 2027 (the "Bonds") under a total framework amount of SEK 2,000 million with ISIN: SE0022240529.
Novedo Holding AB (publ) (“Novedo”) has today signed an agreement to acquire the Norwegian infrastructure company ST Entreprenør AS ("ST Entreprenør"), which will be Novedo's first acquisition in Norway. ST Entreprenør's sales for 2023 amounted to approximately SEK 130 million with good profitability. The company is expected to be consolidated into Novedo in Q4 2024.
Novedo Holding AB (publ) ("Novedo") has completed the issuance of four-year second-lien secured convertible bonds (ISIN: NO0013324731) (the "Convertible Bonds") in a total amount of SEK 428,002,300 in accordance with the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting on September 17, 2024.
